They picked up my car within 1 HOUR of when I gave the go ahead, did not charge for top loading, and not only did the driver bring his rig right to my house, he waited for me to get home from work, chatted for a half hour while I inspected the car and took photos (there was no need to-the car had been well taken care of), and refused the tip I offered. My vehicle was stolen and recovered, so having no experience in transporting a vehicle I was a bit nervous. I posted my phone/e-mail on some website and had 50 million responses. Marc was one of them. I was very nervous about promptness and a safe delivery of my vehicle, and being ripped off (ya never know). Marc had the lowest bid of all that contacted me, so I was nervous about that also. Whether or not they would do a good job for the most reasonable rate. Well I must say all my worries were put at ease. They were prompt and the communication was continuous and quick. They worked with me and were willing to pick up my truck from impound. Once they reached my home the truck driver had to wait 3 hours, as I said my truck had been stolen and we actually had no keys. When the truck arrived we had to have a locksmith come and make keys just to get it off the trailer. The driver was courteous, kind and patient even though he was being detained. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone if you want your vehicle transported. I would trust them for any auto transport.
